Responsibilities:

• Greet and tour prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage applications, leasing paperwork, and renewals accurately
• Maintain strong communication with residents and management
• Support occupancy goals through relationship-building and follow-up
• Assist with marketing, social media, and community events as needed

Requirements:

• Previous leasing or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic computer skills (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar experience is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
