This role will enjoy assisting our homeowners with great customer service.

Schedule / Hours:
- This is a full-time role, five days per week. Saturday and Sunday shifts are required , with two weekdays off. Weekend shifts begin between 3:00 AM –5:00 AM (no later than 5:00 AM) to ensure pools are ready before opening at 8:00 AM for our community.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills; fluent English.
- A bility to work early morning weekend shifts (3:00–5:00 AM start time required ).
- Housekeeping and/or custodial experience strongly preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn pool systems (training provided).
- Experience maintaining pool (preferred not mandatory)
- Lifting is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service when communicating with our residents and guests
- Perform weekend pool maintenance, including testing and balancing chemicals (chlorine, pH, etc.), vacuuming, and ensuring pool readiness before resident use. Training will be provided.
- Maintain cleanliness of community facilities including restrooms, common areas, and pool spaces.
- Assist with light property maintenance such as changing light bulbs, stocking supplies, and supporting the Maintenance Lead as needed.
Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
