Sol Physical Therapy is one of Southern Arizona's leading outpatient physical therapy providers, with clinicians who specialize in Certified Hand Therapy, Pelvic Health, TMJ treatment, Vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, and orthopedic sports medicine.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Tucson. This role is ideal for someone who values personalized, patient-centered care, enjoys working in a team-oriented atmosphere, and is passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one treatment sessions, ensuring quality care and individualized attention.
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based techniques to enhance recovery.
- Educate patients on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, front office staff, and referring providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy to continually improve patient care.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited program.
- Arizona state PT licensure (or ability to obtain before start date).
- Experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members.
- Passion for providing high-quality, hands-on patient care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Must be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Arizona (no restrictions or encumbrances)
