• Position Title: HVAC Technician

• Location: Mesa, AZ

• Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  
• Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Qualifications:
  
  
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working Hours:
  
  
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Occasional overtime during peak seasons.
• Limited on-call responsibilities rotated among team members.
