Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Glendale, AZ. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships while managing and growing existing accounts. This role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating customer agreements, preparing proposals, and promoting security and fire system solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications



• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge or experience in security systems, fire life safety systems, or system integration is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment and collaborate with technical staff
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
• High level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
