Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a well-established outpatient primary care clinic in Globe, Arizona .
This is a true quality-of-life position — no hospital call, supportive staff, and flexible scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000+ Depending On Experience
- Relocation assistance
- Retention Bonus $7,500 after 1 year

What You’ll Do
- Provide primary care for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute & chronic conditions
- Perform physicals and preventive visits
- Prescribe medications
- Order labs and imaging
- Build long-term patient relationships
