Job Title: Windows Automation / Release Engineer
Openings: 1
Location: 2505 W Chandler Blvd – 3x a week HYBRID
Duration: 12 months
* Must be available to come onsite for our hiring day July 7th *
Must-Haves:
- Strong experience with Windows-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience supporting automated software release and patching solutions
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with rapid release cycles
- Strong troubleshooting and testing experience for software deployments
Plusses:
- Experience with Ansible Automation
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Experience with Tableau
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
- Experience with change control and release management processes
- Experience working with or supporting SRE teams
Day-to-Day:
- Support and enhance automated software deployment and patching solutions across Windows systems
- Assist in the development, testing, and troubleshooting of deployment tools and scripts
- Coordinate with SRE, database support, and engineering teams to support release cycles
- Execute and support software installations, uninstallations, updates, and patching
- Ensure smooth deployments across non-production and production environments
- Troubleshoot issues related to software releases and automation processes
- Maintain and improve release schedules and deployment pipelines
- Support change management and release control processes
