Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Partner

We are a growing software development company seeking experienced Recruiters to help us identify, attract, and connect with qualified software engineering candidates. This role is ideal for recruiters who have strong sourcing skills, professional communication abilities, and experience managing candidate pipelines.

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing profiles, conducting initial screenings, and supporting our hiring process from candidate discovery to interview coordination.

* Source qualified candidates through:
* LinkedIn
* Job boards
* Professional networks
* Referrals
* Online communities and other recruiting channels
* Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms when needed.
* Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles for candidate suitability.
* Conduct initial candidate screening calls to evaluate:
* Communication skills
* Professional background
* Work experience
* Resume quality and consistency
* Availability and notice period
* Compensation expectations
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and our hiring team.
* Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate acquisition.
* Experience finding and engaging qualified professionals.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and identify strong matches.
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple candidates.
* Commitment to ethical and transparent recruiting practices.
