Compensation & Schedule
- $21.00-$23.10/hr depending on shift
- First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm training schedule
- After training: 12-hour compressed production schedule (days and nights available), compressed work week schedule with alternating 12-hour day/night shifts

What You'll Do
- Monitor and operate intelligent automated systems on our production floor - think of it like managing multiple stations at once during a rush.
- Work in our Manufacturing Command Center (MCC) or FAB, keeping production running smoothly and flagging anything out of the ordinary.
- Handle time-sensitive materials safely and efficiently - precision and speed both matter here.
- Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help create training documents for your team.
- Use Excel to log data, track activity, and support reporting throughout your shift.
- Works in the FAB or Manufacturing Command Center (MCC)
- Work in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE (coveralls, gloves, hood, mask, safety glasses).
- Works directly with the production line, monitoring automated systems, handling time-sensitive materials, and troubleshooting abnormal events.
- Less technical and more process-focused compared to AMHS.

What We Require
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, tracking, simple formulas)
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts and lift up to ~20 lbs
- Comfortable working in PPE in a cleanroom environment
- Available for days or nights on a 12-hour compressed schedule (after initial 4-week training)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (F-1 OPT STEM not eligible)
