Are you a recent or soon to be graduate passionate about helping children flourish? At Pediatric Developmental Services, we offer a Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) experience that's personalized, structured, and rooted in real support.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Fellow:
You'll take on a meaningful caseload, working primarily with school aged children. Responsibilities include:
• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions designed to each student's unique needs
• Facilitate assessments under supervision and assist with evaluation reports
• Engage closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support student goals
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities
• Provide documentation, including SOAP notes, in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours
• Progress through all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements toward full licensure

What We're Looking For
• A master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship through ASHA
• Active or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work (our team will help you with this)
• A passion for working with children in school settings
• Excellent Communication
