Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
• Adaptability to serve diverse student needs and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Develop and implement school-based interventions and exercises
• Educate students and staff on proper movement, injury prevention, and safe mobility
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
