About the Opportunity
As a Call Center Phone Sales Representative, you'll connect with individuals and families by phone to help them better understand their health and supplemental insurance options. Your role is not about high-pressure selling—it's about building trust, educating clients, and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do
Build Client Relationships
Speak with prospective clients by phone
Understand individual and family coverage needs
Build rapport through professional and consultative conversations
Deliver outstanding customer experiences
Educate & Guide Clients
Explain available health and supplemental insurance options
Help clients understand the value of financial protection
Answer questions and address concerns
Provide customized recommendations based on individual needs
Manage the Sales Process
Follow up with prospective clients

Continue Developing Professionally

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales, customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience
