As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Your main goal will be to provide technical support and assistance to our employees and clients, as well as to identify and implement new technologies that will improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees and clients

- Monitor and maintain company servers, databases, and other IT infrastructure

- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

- Provide training and support to employees on company technology systems

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and virtualization

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
