Low Census Pay

$700 Loyalty Bonus
Your dedication deserves recognition! For every 700 hours you work with us in a calendar year, you'll earn a $700 Loyalty Bonus. The more you work, the more you earn!
First-Time Traveler Incentive Program
If this is your first travel assignment, we welcome you with open arms! Enjoy a $100 scrub allotment upfront and a $1200 completion bonus upon finishing your first assignment.
CEU Reimbursement
Enhance your career and broaden your opportunities! We will reimburse up to $300 annually for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to help you qualify for additional assignments.
PTO Accrual
Starting from day one, you will earn 12 hours of PTO for every 468 hours completed in a year, available after your first 90 days of employment. Plus, if you don't miss any days within the first 90 days, you will receive an extra 8 hours of PTO.
