Operating Room Registered Nurse

Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder only

Our Client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical services team. This role is essential in ensuring patient safety, maintaining sterile environments, and supporting optimal surgical outcomes before, during, and after procedures. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures

Maintain sterile technique and support a safe operating room environment

Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond promptly to changes in condition

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and nursing staff

Participate in surgical safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program (Bachelor’s preferred)

Active Arizona RN License or Compact State RN License

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

1–2 years of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience (preferred)

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and sterile technique

Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
