Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead and elevate our customer service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction while supporting and guiding a team dedicated to delivering high standards of service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and focused on continuous improvement.
