End: Between 1pm and 3pm, depending on workload (20 to 30 hours per week). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing email communication (can be numerous at times)
- Collecting current and past due accounts
- Processing check, cash and credit card payments into our database
- Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes
- Creating bank deposits
- Entering, scheduling, and confirming job services into our database
- Instructing window cleaners on completing work orders and invoices properly
- Filing out all necessary paperwork
- Answering phones (< 10 calls/day; seeking 100% capture)
- Office maintenance (e.g. common area wastebaskets, sweeping when needed)
- Very high attention to detail must be able to reliably notice and communicate elaborate details
- Competent and efficient must be able to multitask and to process the volume of work and communication
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through
- Friendly, outgoing personality, love helping people
- Excellent communication skills on the phone, email and in person
- Demonstrate self-confidence and trustworthiness
- Ability to learn new software and systems
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (may be tested)
- High School diploma/GED required
- Office-related experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation
