Service Administrators

Provide administrative support and perform customer relations duties in the service department. Support and work in close collaboration with the service manager. Assist customers, coordinate appointments and services, and process service and warranty-related paperwork. Collect payment and complete payment processing transactions, maintain billing records and invoices. Submit Warranty paperwork to manufactures and confirm reimbursement. Assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Job Overview

Responsibilities for Service Administrator

• Diagnose and respond to customer support service call requests.
• Scheduling service, delivery and warranty calls
• Maintain and updates all required documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications for Service Administrator

• A background in administrative support or customer service
• Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with common office software programs such as Excel and experience with service warranties and scheduling.
