bout the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting the overall accounting function. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with both accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions with accuracy

• Daily credit card reconciliation and bank reconciliation

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable clean up

• Reconcile invoices, statements, and account balances

• Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups and Pivots are a MUST) and Quickbooks online experience

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
