Report to a seasoned Nurse Director of Emergency Services and partner with clinical educators, charge nurses, and a skilled administrative team. As a PEDs ER Department Manager you will oversee staffing, budgeting, throughput, and quality metrics while mentoring team leads and standardizing protocols. The Emergency Room Nursing Manager must foster a positive, collaborative culture across a diverse, interdisciplinary team.
