We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead complex engagements, mentor a talented team, and contribute to a culture that values people as much as performance. About the Role As a Tax Manager, you’ll: Review and approve federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, real estate, and exempt organizations. Oversee workflow, project timelines, and departmental operations while driving continuous improvement. Represent the firm professionally in the community and within client relationships. Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This is a leadership role where you’ll grow professionally, while being supported and trusted—not micromanaged.
