One full-time role. We'll work with you on location based on availability and fit. More clinics are opening across the Valley which means real opportunities for growth and leadership.

At a Glance

• Salary: $83,500 – $99,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000
• Patient load: 8–10/day — quality over chaos
• Quarterly bonus: Up to $2,000/year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–6pm
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat outpatient patients with individualized care
• Build real relationships and coach patients through meaningful progress
• Create and progress plans of care that get people back to what they love
• Use manual therapy and exercise-based treatment (dry needling/cupping a plus — not required)
• Document efficiently using streamlined systems
• Collaborate with your team to support patient outcomes and clinic goals

What We're Looking For

• DPT from an accredited program
• Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process)
• Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys building patient relationships
• Outpatient mindset — reliable, team-oriented, and coachable- Manual therapy experience is a plus
