We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Mesa, Arizona, and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in employee relations, HR administration, and multi-state employment law, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with leadership to support workforce development and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration.
• Administer HR functions, including maintaining records, ensuring policy compliance, and overseeing daily operations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs to support employee well-being and satisfaction.
• Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
• Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
• Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and support talent development strategies.
• Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support organizational change initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.• Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance standards.
• Expertise in benefits management and program development.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
