What You'll Do
As a DSP, you'll be a compassionate advocate and mentor, helping individuals achieve their personal goals and lead more independent lives. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, facilitating community involvement, and implementing teaching strategies to support life skills and social engagement.
