**Job Title: Aircraft Component Mechanic** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as an Aircraft Component Mechanic, responsible for leading the maintenance and repair of aircraft components. This role ensures that all work is performed efficiently and in accordance with industry regulations. You will oversee the development and maintenance of detailed records for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. + Lead the maintenance and repair of aircraft components, adhering to Airside MRO, Federal, and OSHA regulations. + Oversee detailed record-keeping for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and services. + Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components to identify defects and take corrective actions. + Utilize technical manuals and engineering documents for component replacement or repair procedures. + Supervise installation of new or replacement parts, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. + Perform or oversee the repair of sheet metal components, ensuring structural integrity. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred A&P certification. **Why Work Here?** Employees are eligible for comprehensive insurance benefits starting the first of the month following the date of hire.
