Automation Maintenance Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of robotic equipment and high-speed automated production lines.

• Monitor Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) to identify, clear system faults, and navigate complex control software.

• Execute mechanical and electrical repairs on power transmissions and PLC-controlled systems across multiple onsite buildings.

• Utilize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to document work orders, track maintenance data, and manage technical parts inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (relevant military or technical education may be considered).

• Proficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics and troubleshooting PLC or automated control systems.

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (3-on/4-off) and provide additional coverage during peak demand periods.

• Technical aptitude with the ability to work independently as the primary mechanic on shift.

salary: $72,000 - $75,000 per year
