Project Manager
- Base salary: $140,000 – $190,000 USD

- Lead the safe, profitable, and efficient execution of underground mining construction activities.
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the project team.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope of work.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client, project team, and senior leadership.
- Identify project risks and ensure plans are in place to meet key milestones and deliverables.
- Work closely with the Superintendent and field teams to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.
- Oversee project reporting, cost tracking, schedule compliance, and client updates.
- 10+ years of experience in mining or mine contracting in underground environments.
- 5+ years of project management experience on mining or construction projects.
- Underground mining experience is required.
- Degree or diploma in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
- PMP certification (or working toward it) is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on operational understanding with strategic project management.
