We is currently operating in a voluntary hybrid work model. Our office is open for in-person work for anyone who wishes to go in.
THE ROLE:
Under the general direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, we are seeking a self-starter who will join our small, yet mighty team. This role is about managing your assigned customer segments and associated products in collaboration with your product partner. Your goal is to grow and engage your target audience and measure your success through audience growth, engagement and related product sales. . The marketing manager needs to know his/her audience continuously enhancing buyer and influencer personas, understand your competitive landscape, market trends and data analytics to develop strategic product marketing plans that outline the goals and tactical plan for the year. Beyond the planning you need to be able to roll up your sleeves and develop and manage your campaigns, measure your success and adjust your strategy as needed. This role is highly interactive with your peers, external support suppliers and customers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Working as a Marketing Program Manager blends both the freedom and pace of a start-up within a solid organization that has been around for more than 100 years. We are looking for candidates with:
• At least 5 years of continued marketing experience supporting consistent sales and business growth and/or specifically product marketing management
• Experience analyzing market and customer data to help develop marketing plans as well as measure campaign results
• Excellent writing skills for both digital and print campaigns
• Understanding of managing a budget
• Regular use of social media and other digital platforms to execute marketing campaigns
• Understanding and experience using digital ad platforms (ex. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Reddit etc.)
• Great cross-organizational communication, collaboration and relationship building
• It would be a plus:
o Experience with Marketing Automation and implementing drip marketing campaigns
o
o Experience using AI tools for productivity, data analysis and creative production
o Experience with using HubSpot
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Added Bonus:
o Previous marketing experience in education or service offerings, memberships, and in-person & online learning events
Previous marketing experience in supply chain or procurement-related segments
