Position Overview :

As a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor at Oaktree Funding, you will serve as the key liaison between Underwriters, Business Development Managers, and clients. Your role will focus on managing the loan pipeline, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering superior customer service to third-party mortgage professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently manage and process loan applications, from initial setup to closing.
• Act as a liaison between underwriting, sales teams, and clients to resolve any issues that arise during the loan process.
• Utilize your expertise to creatively solve problems and ensure loans move smoothly through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lending guidelines and products to provide accurate information to clients.

What We're Looking For :

• A Great Work Ethic and Winning Attitude : Passionate about delivering excellent service and achieving results.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience (required). Experience in third-party origination is a plus.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to manage multiple loan files while ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Education : High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred.
