WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, climbing, bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 10 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement, eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Telephone, personal computer, printer, shredder, copier, and facsimile machine.
Work Location: Marana
Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
Executive Administrative Assistants work in a wide variety of employment settings, and their job responsibilities differ greatly according to their specific employer's needs and policies. However, in general, these workers perform many of the same everyday functions in the workplace as secretaries, personal assistants and administrative assistants, including:
- Answering phones calls and taking messages
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Arranging meetings and other events
- Managing mail/fax communications
- Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
Executive Administrative Assistants are generally also responsible for duties over and above those typically performed by these other administrative employees, which may include:
- Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
- Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
- Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
- Negotiating with vendors
- Order necessary office supplies
- Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
- Managing videoconferencing, fax communications and office equipment
- Reviewing incoming documents
- Conducting research
- Training and/or supervising clerical workers
SMS REQUIREMENTS
- Will provide top-level resources and support to SMS compliance, FAA regulations, safe workplace initiatives/practices, and to eliminate health hazards.
- Will consider all employee suggestions to propose solutions, and/or possible improvements for achieving a safer, healthier workplace.
- Will monitor, measure and track safety objectives to ensure performance standards are met and to implement continuous improvement measures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; excellent communication skills including ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow and administer verbal and written instruction; ability to prioritize and delegate multiple work projects; ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization; excellent presentation skills and ability to favorably represent the company; excellent leadership, two-way communication, judgement, creativity, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to adjust to rapidly changingcircumstances and priorities; ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations; strong knowledge of human behavior and management techniques.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in office managementor related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or experience required. Specialized training in organizational planning, compensation, and preventive labor relations is preferred.
Experience: Three to five years of experience in a related occupationsuch as General Office Clerk or Administrative Assistant positions
Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver's license required.
Other: May be required to work at both Marana, Tucson, AZ and Roswell, NM locations as business needs dictate
