- Educate brokers on Champions Funding’s value proposition and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Convert warm leads into active, submitting broker partners.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless broker experience from first call to first funding.
- Become an expert in our Non-QM products — especially our game-changing Ally loan.
- Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in coaching, sales training, and ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in our CRM.
- Deliver exceptional service that leads to long-term broker relationships and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in high-volume outbound phone sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills.
- Energetic, competitive, coachable, and hungry to win.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- No mortgage experience required — just the drive to succeed.
- Self-starter with great time management and follow-through.
- Committed to personal growth and professional excellence.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions (no draw).
- Bonuses for successful lead conversions.
- First-year earning potential: $100,000–$150,000+
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Clear growth path with opportunity for advancement in a rapidly scaling company.
