Job Overview:
This position involves supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending as the organization transitions systems from AFS to Loan IQ. The role requires participation in low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and providing support in Commercial Loan Closing.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
• Book and fund commercial loans in “LoanIQ.”
• Respond to requests from other lines of business to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activities.
• Assist in reducing the learning curve of “LoanIQ” adoption among staff as production continues.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in “LoanIQ.”
• Experience in commercial loans – booking and funding operations.
• Knowledge of Commercial Loan Closing documents and loan credit agreements.
• Knowledge of AFS is a plus (desired but not required).

Pay Range: $30 - $33

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
