CIPPlanner is looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to launch their careers in business analysis and enterprise software implementation.[DS1]
What You’ll Do
- Work with the experienced implementation team to support client projects, contribute to solution design, and help configure our software to meet real-world business needs. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a more senior position.

- Provide comprehensive business analysis and software implementation support within the Software Implementation team to effectively serve our clients.
- Assist in analyzing customer business needs and documenting requirements.
- Occasionally travel to client locations for hands-on implementation and deployment tasks [DS2]
Job Functions:
- Be an instrumental player of software implementation project teams throughout the life cycle of the software implementation processes.
- Facilitate and validate the development of system solutions to satisfy customers’ business needs.
- Analyze documents and communicate system and business processes among the CIPPlanner teams and the client teams. Conduct thorough system integration analysis to facilitate the integration of the company products with third-party software, including ERP, Document Management, and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) systems etc.
- Create or refine project deliverables in English, such as Configuration Analysis Reports, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals etc.
- Provide exceptional customer support following project implementation.
- Conduct software presentations and provide technical support to existing and prospective customers.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· Ability to understand documents and translate customer business requirements into technology-based solutions.
· Knowledge of writing effective “User Story”.
· Experience of writing UAT documentation.
· Exceptional logical reasoning capabilities
· A collaborative team player
· Strong presentation and communication skills to work together with customers and internal cross-functional teams
· Ability to work under pressure
· Self-motivated, well-organized and strict attention to details
· Flexibility to work according to schedules that accommodate the global teams as needed
· Willingness to attend meetings in different time zones to collaborate with multinational project team members and customers globally
· Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology
· A fast learner and hard-working person
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
- Familiarity with UI prototyping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma, Lucidchart).
- Coursework or internship in business analysis, project management, or enterprise systems.
- Experience writing user stories or UAT documentation.
- Chinese bilingual is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience. We offer competitive compensation and a benefit package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, PTO pay to the successful candidate.
This position is offered as a remote/hybrid role , providing flexibility to work from home while also collaborating with colleagues in person as needed.
