Physical Therapist Assistant
Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing therapy team in a dynamic, patient-centered clinical environment. This role will begin as a part-time position, working 2 to 3 days per week, with the opportunity to expand hours as patient demand continues to grow.
Our clinic opened in June 2024 and continues to build momentum within the community, offering high-quality outpatient therapy services with a strong focus on collaboration, growth, and patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who values teamwork, enjoys working with a diverse patient population, and is open to continuous learning and adapting within a supportive clinical setting.
Practice Setting
- 100% outpatient physical therapy clinic
- Recently established practice ( opened June 2024) with continued growth in patient demand

Schedule and Compensation:
- $34.50 per hour starting rate
- Opportunity for growth and expanded hours as the clinic continues to build patient demand
- Part-Time: 2 to 3 days per week
- Schedule will be determined based on clinic needs and patient demand
- Clinic Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Patient Care Model and Patient Population:
- One-on-one patient care environment
- 40-minute treatment sessions and evaluations
- Maximum of 12 patients per day
- Focus on quality care and strong patient outcomes
- Patient age range: 10 years old through geriatrics
- Opportunity to support pediatric care based on therapist comfort level
- Future growth opportunities include expanding into additional specialties such as Pediatrics and Pelvic Health

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Clear and active state PTA license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
- Current certifications as required by state and professional standards
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, pediatrics, or geriatrics preferred
- Pelvic floor experience is a plus, but not required
