Job Summary: Responsible for collecting, depositing and recording all University monies, including student payments and departmental deposits.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and deposit student payments.
• Collect and deposit departmental monies.
• Update student's accounts.
• Manage eCommerce

Other Duties and Assignments:

• Manage University petty cash.
• Update general ledger with payment information.
• Answer student questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree (AA) or two-year equivalent.

Experience: 0 to 1 years of job related experience.

Licenses or Certifications: None.

Financial Responsibility: Processes or records financial transactions within established guidelines and safeguards.

Supervision: None.

Special Knowledge: Experience working with software systems including Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Written and oral communication skills.
