Medical-Surgical Unit Highlights:

General Medical/Surgical Unit (C4-3) is a 16-bed Medical and Surgical unit which caters to a patient population requiring complex medical and/or surgical nursing care, including continuous pulse oximetry monitoring. The majority of patients on this unit have diverse and multi-system diagnoses. Working on C43 allows nurses the opportunity to develop their expert bedside skills including time-management, priority setting, clinical judgment, and critical thinking. Leadership support and professional development opportunities help empower our C43 nurses to advance up the clinical ladder and prepare them for any specialty interest pursuits throughout their career. This team’s professional experience, compassion, interdisciplinary collaboration, and excellent communication skills help to ensure a nurturing and quality patient care experience, while also providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all associates.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.

• Clinical Nursing Experience required.

• Active DC RN License required

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross) required.

This position has a hiring range of : USD $44.93 - USD $63.66 /Hr.
