Nikao Performance and Rehab is expanding! We’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to provide mobile home visits in the South Phoenix area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a direct impact on patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one care during mobile home visits to pediatric and adult patients

• Schedule visits every 40 minutes, providing personalized attention

• Utilize your specialty and expertise with full support from the Nikao team

• Flex your schedule with weekday and weekend availability

Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$50 per visit

• Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month ($6,000/year)

• Autonomy to structure your schedule while enjoying a supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Minimum of 1 year outpatient ortho experience and 2,000 patient-care hours

• Dry Needling certification is a plus

• PRN candidates must be able to complete at least 6 patient visits per week

• Strong communication skills and a personable approach to care
