Job Description: Microsoft Power Apps Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint , and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, improve business processes, and deliver user-friendly applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and build Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps based on business requirements.


• Develop and optimize Power Automate flows for process automation and orchestration.


• Create and customize Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules .


• Develop custom connectors and integrate Power Apps with external systems (APIs, SQL, Azure services).


• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Power Apps components and formulas.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions.


• Develop Power Platform solutions that follow best practices , performance standards, and governance guidelines.


• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance needs.


• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical documentation.

Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize app performance.


• Enhance existing Power Apps and flows to support new requirements.


• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and support for the deployed apps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3–6+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI optional).


• Strong experience with Canvas apps , Model-Driven apps , Dataverse , and Power Fx formulas.


• Solid understanding of SharePoint Online , SQL Server , Azure Logic Apps , and Azure Functions .


• Experience integrating Power Apps with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.


• Familiarity with Power Platform governance , solution packaging, and environment management.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Power Pages development.


• Knowledge of JavaScript , TypeScript , or C# for advanced customization.


• Experience with ALM using Azure DevOps (pipelines, solution management).


• Microsoft certifications such as:




• PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker)


• PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)


• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
