Your Path to Success We invest in your growth from day one. You’ll start with a comprehensive 5-week virtual training program (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MST). We value your downtime, too—you can enjoy your Memorial Day as no training will be held on the holiday!

Once you are up and running, you’ll transition into a Hybrid Balance, working from the comfort of your home three days a week and collaborating in our Scottsdale office two days a week. To support your work-life balance, your post-training schedule will fall within a flexible window between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST, supported by ongoing 1-on-1 leadership coaching to help you hit your career goals.

Responsibilities

Solutions Center Representative 

Join a dynamic team in Scottsdale that bridges financial expertise with world-class service.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Type: Contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion

Start Date: May 5, 2026

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85255 (Hybrid – 2 days in-office / 3 days remote)

The Schedule & Training

• Weeks 1–5 (100% Virtual Training): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MST.
  • Note: Enjoy your Memorial Day—no training will be held on the holiday!
• Post-Training (Hybrid Balance): Work from the comfort of your home 3 days a week and collaborate in our Scottsdale office 2 days a week.
• Flexible Shifts: Once you’re up and running, your schedule will fall within a flexible window between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a subject matter expert on diverse product suites, interpreting complex plan documents and regulatory changes in real-time.
• Analyze account issues to provide "first-time final" resolutions, collaborating with internal partners to fix things right the first time.
• Guide customers through critical financial topics like tax implications, surrender charges, and death benefits.
• Maintain meticulous records within FINRA regulations while building lasting relationships with our members.
• Participate in "Lean Methodology" huddles and monthly coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.
