Finance Clerk

**Job Title: Finance Clerk** **Position Summary:** The Finance Clerk plays a key role in supporting the financial operations for a partnering client. This position is responsible for accurately collecting and entering production data, processing accounts payable, assisting with budgeting efforts, and researching merchandising issues through the data base systems. The role also includes preparing and maintaining various financial and operational reports. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare daily production reports and assist with forecasting activities + Process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner + Organize and track data for budgeting and monitor inventory and supply levels + Generate ad hoc reports as requested + Support the team with additional duties as assigned **Core Competencies:** + Strong teamwork and collaboration + Customer-focused with effective problem-solving skills + Ability to set priorities and take initiative + Action-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required + Experience with accounts payable and basic financial forecasting + Proficiency with warehouse management systems preferred + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills **Physical Requirements:** + Primarily office-based position + Occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs) + Ability to work for extended periods with printed and electronic data **What's in it for you:** + $18.92/hour + Weekly pay for consistent income + Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential + Valuable experience in a professional distribution environment **Pay Details:** $18.92 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
