As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Multi-Media Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile and dynamic creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about producing compelling visual content across platforms.
Job Summary: The Multi-Media Designer is responsible for developing fresh and effective creative concepts and executing them across a variety of media. This includes developing the following: TV commercials, campaign brainstorming and digital marketing content, scriptwriting, motion graphics, video editing, website design, social media content, presentations, and promotional material. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Team and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented. We are looking for an individual with a keen and creative eye for visual composition. Strong time management skills are essential to oversee multiple moving parts and tasks each day in an ever-changing environment.
Note: This role would be 5 days in-office at our corporate office in Scottsdale.
Duties and responsibilities
- Video Content Creation and Editing - Collaborate with team members to take creative assets from concept to first design to completion.
- Utilizes current graphic, animation, video, and multimedia design tools and principles to design and develop print, digital, and video content. This can include copywriting and editing. Communication with key stakeholders during the review/editing process. Coordinating marketing team members to complete and deliver projects on time.
- Website UX/UI design support as needed.
- Concept, script, and produce creative for TV commercials and multi-channel campaigns
- Edit/post production of video content and apply motion graphics for marketing and internal projects
- Design compelling graphics for social media, digital ads, and email campaigns as needed. This includes Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Support branding efforts through presentations, print materials, and internal documents
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions in a fast-moving environment adhering to our brand style guide
- Stay current on design trends, storytelling, and platform best practices
- Creative Brainstorming - Participates actively in brainstorming sessions to help curate ideas for different goals and objectives set for marketing and operations.
- Asset Management - Assists in overseeing asset libraries and works to ensure proper file processes are followed and assets are readily available. Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in design: video, graphic, social and digital media. Proven visual/graphic design skills with work. Must have a stellar portfolio to share.
- Experience in both photography and videography.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experience working in video editing programs can also include: DaVinci or Final Cut. Premiere is preferred.
- Working knowledge and ability to grow in common Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word.
- Digital animation and After Effects motion graphics experience.
- Ability to write and proof copy and be able to receive constructive feedback.
- Experience in the financial field is a plus; along with experience in any of the following: Adobe Audition, Asana, Canva and Sprout Social.
