This role interacts daily with product specialists, service managers, sales staff, support personnel, and customers. The primary goal is to ensure customers are completely satisfied upon delivery of their vehicles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead yourself and your team in alignment with Horne Mazda’s vision and missionRemove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags before returning vehicles to customersInspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages; report issues promptlyClean both interior and exterior of new and used vehiclesMaintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot; arrange vehicles according to dealership display standardsPick up and deliver vehicles from and to storage areas as directedTest batteries of customer vehicles in the service driveAssist with building and ground maintenance as neededSupport shop clean-up and deliveries when necessaryWork HoursThis is a full-time, on-site position with scheduled daily hours.
