Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our team in Phoenix. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handles incoming communications, supports front office operations, and ensures an organized and welcoming experience for clients. Location: Phoenix, AZ Job: Full time Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour Responsibilities: * Greet visitors and clients with a professional, friendly demeanor as they enter the office. * Answer and direct incoming calls promptly to the appropriate department or staff member. * Provide general information about company services and assist with basic inquiries. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area. * Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization. Minimum requirements: Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. * Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
