Teacher's Assistant

Pay Rate: $15.65/hr. | Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12pm–6pm based on ratio needs
Work Environment: Program-based direct care position
Requirements:
- Able to commute daily to Surprise, AZ area (relocation assistance not provided).
- 1 year’s experience in early care and education or related life experience such as volunteering, nannying, or weekend nursery work.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, Article 9, and Food Handler’s (we provide financial support for certification costs).
