Karsten & Moore Auto Group is looking for a hardworking, dependable Automotive Detailer to help keep our Tesla inventory clean, front-line ready, and moving through the recon process efficiently. We specialize heavily in Teslas, so this role is important to making sure our vehicles are presented at a high level and prepared for photos, display, and customer delivery. This position combines detailing with light back-of-house support, so the right candidate should be comfortable working hands-on and helping wherever needed in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Compensation:$18 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Wash, clean, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Prepare vehicles to front-line standards for photos, display, and delivery
- Assist with light back-of-house recon support and general vehicle prep
- Help maintain an organized shop, detail area, and smooth inventory flow
- Detailing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic with good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-player mindset
