At Skyline Mechanical, we elevate building performance through expert changeouts and retrofits. If you’re driven by craftsmanship and results, this Senior HVAC Systems Installer role lets you own complex replacements across commercial sites, with occasional residential work. This position is dedicated to retrofits and changeouts—not new construction. Experience with central plants and chilled water systems will set you apart.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead installations and replacements for HVAC systems including RTUs, furnaces, refrigeration units, split systems, and WSHPs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, fine-tune performance, and ensure reliable start-up.
• Partner closely with property maintenance teams to plan, schedule, and execute scopes safely.
• Maintain code compliance and uphold strict safety practices throughout each project.
• Apply mechanical know-how to perform plumbing, welding/brazing, and refrigeration piping.
• Capture thorough digital records of labor, materials, and commissioning results.

Current project mix you’ll handle

• Grooved iron pipe installation and piping layout
• WSHP system installs
• RTU replacements
• Cooling tower changeouts
• Additional commercial retrofits

What sets you up for success

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer/technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to support property maintenance tasks tied to install scopes.
• Plumbing, welding, and refrigeration skills are advantageous.
• Clear, respectful communication and attention to detail.
• Clean Arizona driver’s license; drug-free.

Compensation & schedule

• Permanent, full-time (not seasonal)
