Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Metal Finisher/Cleaner is responsible for the full metal material prep process including, surface grinding, final DA surface finishing, removal of weld berries, press forming dimple dies, minor weld repairs, and ensuring proper fitment of small part components. This is a great opportunity for advancement to a Welder position.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Reliable and consistent attendance.

• Meet and exceed quality standards.
• Communicate with Leads, Supervisors, and the Quality Team.
• General preventative care and maintenance of Company supplied tools and equipment.

• Ability to be self-motivated, assertive, and responsive to Company metrics.
• Contribute to building a positive and team-oriented environment.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

Summary of Experience and Education

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Finishing/Fabrication experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Starting out at $18 an hourly, weekly pay cycle and full benefit package.
• First shift.
• The job is full-time on location at our main facility located in Chandler, Arizona.
