Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch support and information regarding our products and services. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Providing detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communication.
• Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
