Compensation & Benefits
- $76,000–$86,000 base salary
- Monthly bonus potential up to $1,500

What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of a high-volume café operation
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience while building a culture of hospitality
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and execution of brand standards
- Foster strong community relationships and local engagement
- Lead a successful new store opening and establish the location for long-term success
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR , coffee, or fast-casual environment
- Previous drive-thru operations experience ( required )
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- New store opening experience is highly preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and developing people
