Sales Manager – Chapman Automotive Group, Tucson Ready to take your automotive career to the next level? We’re seeking a driven, hands-on leader who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and delivering results through a fully integrated A-to-Z sales process. - A dynamic individual with proven sales leadership experience, including a strong F&I background
- Someone who excels in training, motivating, and mentoring a growing sales team
- A believer in the consultative sales approach, with a natural ability to build strong client relationships
- An enthusiastic automotive professional who embraces cutting-edge technology and vehicle features
- A champion of exceptional client service, able to manage customer interactions and follow-up with precision
- A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities and organizational discipline
- Lead and support our sales staff in all phases of the client experience
- Ensure adherence to the A-Z sales process, supporting our single-point-of-contact model
- Oversee and integrate F&I operations seamlessly into the sales journey
- Set performance standards and coach team members toward excellence
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, assisting in client interactions as needed
- Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous learning
- Minimum 3–5 years in automotive sales management, with F&I experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and follow-up skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike
- Passion for cars, technology, and providing a truly premium experience
